Help! The XP does not load and show this blue screen. I
managed to copy everything from the blue screen message.
A problem has been detected and windows has to be shutdown
to prevent damage to your computer.
UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error
screen,restart your omputer. If this screen appears again,
follow these steps:
Check to sure any new hardware or software is properly
installed. If this is a new installation, ask your
hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates
you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly
installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory
options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use
safe mode to remove disable components, restart your
computer, press f8 to select advanced startup options, and
then select safe mode.

My system is an IBM thinkpad r30. I tried loading it in
safe mode and command prompt, tons of this appears->[multi
(0)disk .....
->what should i do next? I haven't tried the BIOS
alteration. How could I?
->Before this error happened, the modem does not respond
then I restarted the system. the modem connected and
everything, after 20 min the screen went flat and the
error occured. Im at Philippines no IBM support center is
near my place.
