I have not addes anz software or Hardware. But it dosen't mattter because i
can not go to any system anyway. with a LINUX Knopix I can see all
partitions are there and readable.

I used the chkdsk /r what did not sole the problem, Fixboot not either
( well it goes over this part anyway.

How have help ??

Thanks a lot

when I try to install WIN Again on the other partition it shows me all 3
partitions are there (what I saw under a LINUX Start CD already) but WIN
show the former WINDOWS Partition as UNKNOWN and all space is available ...
So what can help out of this mess ?

Thanks

Use Knoppix to retrieve any data that you didn't back up. Either burn
the data to cd-r with K3b or put it on a usb thumbdrive. You need to
set the thumbdrive to read/write before you mount it (by clicking on
it).

Then test the hard drive with a diagnostic utility from the drive mftr.
Make either a bootable floppy or cd with the file you download and boot
with the media. Do a thorough test. If the drive has any physical
errors, replace it. If the drive is healthy, boot with your XP cd,
delete the current system partition, make a new one, and clean-install
Windows.
