Unlock PC and IE Comes Up

I hope someone knows the fix for this. This is for Windows XP Pro, SP2
with all latest updates.

One of our techs came by configured my PC so that every time I unlock
the PC it shows our company web page. This is driving me nuts. Does
anyone know how to disable this?

A company machine? Have IT re-configure it to start without
Internet Explorer (or whatever browser is being used). Could
be a consequence of company policy and making changes without
proper authorization may have dire consequences.
 
I agree with Tritium. The machine belongs to your company and best not to
tamper with it. The good thing is you are getting paid to 'live with it.'
