How can I see what program is trying to call up the internet?

I went to Control Panel / Admin Tools / Event Viewer / and there was a
program trying to access
the dialup modem (I use DSL to access Internet / Dial Up for Fax).

ccpsw.... nothing more to describe where this pgm is from. I have scanned
with NAV3 /Spybot/ Pest Patrol/ Ad Aware.
