Unkown Zone

After opening any web page, for some strange reason a
portion of the right page margin has become blank. The
lower right portion of the screen corresponding to the
blank section opens with "unknown zone" and then changes
to "internet"
How would I restore the blank portion of the web page?

The "unknown zone" before the page finishes loading is normal.

If your screen resolution and IE window are greater than 800 x 600 the blank
part on the right if you are visiting a site that is hard coded for 800 x
600, which seems to be more and more sites. Darn it!

Nothing you can fix.
