Unknown Zone (mixed)

Some sites do not load completely. I get message the says "you do not have
authorization.....". These show Unknown Zone (mixed), and not Internet. They
are common sites like Ebay, MSNBC, etc. It started about two weeks ago. Have
run Spyware and Anti Virus. Shows not problems. Any suggestions?
