I was checking my Weber State University email at my house, and I recieved a message that I thought was from Weber. It had said that my email was being invected and that I needed to download a attached program. I did, and comes to find out that it was a virus. Someone created it and sent it from teh address, "(e-mail address removed)". The program was in a zip. format and it was called, "moreinfo". I tried calling Weber, but they said that they were still trying to get hold of the criminal. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, and also if anyone could help me

Hi,

It's a very common ploy with viruses lately, and they are getting better and
better at tricking users into opening the attachments. You should check with
the source before opening attachments, and never, ever run unexpected email
attachments.
