Unknown Reason for Windows 2000 Server Shutdown

Hi, we have a HP DL380 running Windows 2000 Server and
last night for some reason it shutdown and restarted
itself back on. I have looked at the logs and nothing out
of the ordinary in there. But there is 1 string in there
that i am not sure about and how/what caused it is the
following which was in the system log,

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x00000044 (0x8555ae68, 0x00000cca, 0x00000000,
0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

Check your machine for the Blaster and Welchia viruses. Don't trust
any exisiting AV. Run the cleanup tools anyway. Get them from
Symantec. It *may* not be the problem, but it sure sounds like it.
