unknown protocol for hotmail

Hi. I am able to access my email on my hotmail account
from other computers but not on my own. I've tried the
suggested windows solutions but it doesn't work. When i
try to click on one of my email messages in my inbox,
nothing happens and "error on page" appears. It also says
that the error is due to an unknown protocol? Can anyone
please help? I have no idea what is wrong!--jess

do you have a pop-up blocker activated some of these will interfere with
hotmail opening

open my messages, the next minute i couldn't since there
are apparently errors on the page (the inbox page) thanks
anyway!
