Unknown program trying to access my address book

I updated my outlook because I got an error message stating I needed to do so. Now I get a warning message every time I want to send or reply to an email. It states an unknown program is trying to gain access to my address book. Then asks me to click yes or no. I have done scans and have found nothing. I have sent emails to people with firewalls and it staes there is nothing there. Is this a virus or does my computer not recognize the update?
 
I Have got the same problem. After installing SP3 for
OfficeXP I get a warning message each time I try to read
an e-mail stating: "An unknown program is trying to gain
access to my address book". McAfee Virusscan finds
nothing... What do I do now?
