i dock my taskbar vertically to the right.
when MSAS detects an unknown process, its popup, rather
than appearing towards the lower right and sitting there
awaiting my response (as say Zone Alarm's does), the MSAS
popup appears at the lower right and moves quickly
straight up on the screen.
it never stops moving and moves too quickly to 'catch' it,
click on it either to close it or to freeze it. it moves
from bottom to top and off the top of the screen in less
than 2 seconds.
if i dock my taskbar at the traditional bottom of the
screen, either always displayed or auto-hide, the warning
popup appears appropriately at the lower right and stays
put until i click on it. this occurs on both our PCs.
this would seem to be a BUG with MSAS but it is not unique
to MSAS since there are several applications that have
trouble with a side-mounted taskbar (eg, Quicken), often
with popups of various kinds. (Though it does not come to
mind at the moment, i think there is even at least one
other MS app that cannot cope with this.)

It is known problem and already reported to MSAS Team - many people hope it
will be fixed in Beta 2 version.
For now the only solution is to put taskbar horizontally.
