Unknown filetype?

I have recently recieved a program with the file extention of ".iso"
Anybody know what type of file this is and how or what to use to open it?

This is as CD Image file and can be created and read by different CD
burning software like Roxio EZCD Creator. Also if you go to
www.download.com and search I think you can find some free programs that
can read ISO files.
