Unknown files

I have a question I have couple of files that are in my
System 32 folder that are causing problems for me one of
them is 22738283.exe and the other is 46886843.exe I'm
not sure where I got these files and the companies have
hidden themselves by putting an x in the company name.
What I need to know is are they files that Microsoft
installed with the latest updates or are they something
that I could have possibly downloaded on accident?

They are not from Microsoft. What does your antivirus software say about
them?
