Unknown Executable File

Every weekend, I perform a virus check on my PC. Yesterday, my virus checker found the following executable file, "FondleWindow.exe" in the hidden folder - C:\hp\bin. This particular file was not present last weekend. The file properties lists the manufacturer as Key Concepts, Inc, showing the file version to be 2.0.0.0. I have checked a number of web sites looking for a definition of what this file does but to no avail. I have the latest version of Spybot S&D and check for updates each weekend. When I tried to download the e-card from one of the major vendors of these cards, earlier this week, Spybot kept stopping me from doing so. I had to over ride Spybot to permit the card to arrive. I'm guessing that the e-card vendor needed to place this small applet on my system to properly display the card. I've run Spybot subsequent to receipt of the card and it doesn't detect the new file as spyware. Thanks for any ideas. -Paul
