Unknown computer in my network places

After I upgraded my Desktop with a new Motherboeard and
CPU and I ran the "Set up a home or small office network"
I can see and access my laptop (Network name: IBM)but my
shortcuts (Arrange Icons by Computer)for my Desktop
(Network Name: Intel)are shown under an unknown computer,
same thing happens on the Laptop now, the desktop
shortcuts are shown fine under Intel but my Laptop
shortcuts are shown under unknown computer on the Laptop.

What can be wrong and how can this be solved?
