Whenever i play a video game that requires a decent
grafix card, after a few minutes i get this annoying
beaping sound in my computer. I can end the beaping by
closing the game I was playing. I have a Radeon 9800 Pro
grafix card and a 400-watt power supply if this means
anything. Can someone please tell me how i can stop this
from happening, i don't know if it means my computer is
overeating somewhere or not. The beaping sounds like an
alarm of some sort.

Sounds like the CPU is overheating. Check and make sure your CPU fan is
working and is clean. Also, I assume your graphic card has a fan, make sure
it is clean and working.

If your computer came with some sort of owners manual, it might include a
section on so-called beep codes and what they mean. Otherwise, contact the
vendor's technical support. I would guess that you're card is overheating,
but you do need to find out exactly what that sequence of beeps means.
