My system recently crashed and would not recognize the hard
drives. Using bootable 2000 disks, emergency repair disk,
and upgrading to service pack4 I was able to recover 100%.
after installing a firewall, a program was identified as
trying to access the network, one I have never encountered.
It is identified as:
c:\winnt\system32\msdmxm.exe
I denied access and have no negative effects on my
computer, however I am wonedering what this is. I have
checked the knowledge base and found nothing. any help
would be greatly appreciated
All my virus scans and spyware programs come up clean.
running win2000
dell optiplex
service pack 4
Thnk you
