Universal Plug and Play

In my sysconfig I indicate Universal Plug and Play as
checked but it shows the status as Stopped.
I have installed it a number of times from Add New... and
it seems to have installed.

Am I missing something somewhere?
 
Rt click MyComputer>Select Manage>Services and Apps>Services. Scroll
down to Universal Plug
and Play>rt click and select Properties>General Tab>Startup Type Box
you can choose disable,
auto or manual.
