Is there a way to change the font for a whole report at
one time, or must I change each field individually?
Thanks.

Lawrence

If you don't have any line elements in your report, you
can open the report in design mode, click EDIT on menu
bar, click SELECT ALL, then click VIEW, and click
PROPERTIES. Scroll down and you will be able to change
font names/sizes. If you do have line elements, you can
at least change sections of a report at a time. Moving to
left margin of report and clicking mouse will highlight
fields.
Hope this helps.

To change the font for all controls on a report at once:
1. Open the report in design view.
2. Press Ctrl+A to select all objects (or Select All on the Edit menu).
3. Choose the font you want from the toolbar.

To set up a template report that gives you the right fonts and other
properties for reports you create in future, see the new article:
Setting up Default Forms and Reports

Thanks, just what I needed to know.
