Universal Account Password?

Does anybody know if there is a way to have a kind of universal password that works on all or a set of accounts?

my situation: I manage a server running AD. I have many user accounts. Sometimes I must work on user computers while logged in as that user. To do this I have to either ask the user to type in the password over and over or reset the password. Both are a pain to deal with, especially when most of these users can't handle changing their own password back. I would like to know if there is a way to have a master password that will work on ALL accounts as well as keep the individual passwords.
I know this sounds dangerous but I can change this password frequently and make it very complex.
If anybody has other ideas or methods of doing the same thing, I'm open for suggestions.

Dan,

Not sure that a "Universal" password would work in the
sense that you mean. ASAIK, there can be only one
password per user account. I used to work in an
environment with about 300 users and I just - very
quickly - learned everyone's password! That sure helped.
This might not be possible in your environment. Anyway,
have you looked into the Run As possibility? I am
guessing that you need to do things that require local
Administrator privileges? If that is the case, the Run As
possibility might work for you. What is it that you need
to do????

With the user signed on... Press shift and right click,

use the RUN_AS option for each executable you need to run
that is available and enter your own credentials and
perform you tasks

Users should know when you are doing things on their PC as them.
