Units in formula cell

I would like to add units to a cell containing a formula.
For example: If I'm summing lengths of pipe, my summation
cell is: sum(A1:A10). The output is 375. Can I get it to
say 375 ft in the summation cell? Or do I need to
continue putting the units in the adjacent cell.
