United Airlines - Breaks Guitars

Were they trying to be funny with this statement or what??

On Tuesday, a United Airlines spokeswoman said: "This has struck a chord with us. We're going to contact him directly."

Its a pity more arguments cant be won against the likes of these companies...go you tube.

Zzzzz

The more i watch that video the better it gets...those dudes are very talented and i'd imagine their gigs are brilliant.
Also the video has had almost a half million hits and has a 5 star rating...that says it all.

Zzzzz

lmao well i'm sure they crapped themselves when they saw it.
Serves em right!!

I wonder if United will stipulate when they speak to him "if we compensate you the other two songs you are going to write and upload to youtube will not be allowed"

I think I would tell them to shove it and write and upload anyway

I'd take the money and give the other two songs to someone else.

:D

Good idea but if they have got their wits about them that would be written into the agreement aswell. However they would have to prove it was him that gave them to the other person/persons/band ;)

The mistake they made was to mention the fact they had 3 songs:wall:

If there is any compensation paid those other two songs are history.
My questions are, once a song is uploaded onto you tube whose property is it and can the band just remove it??
