Unit Converter for Excel

How can I delete this message which I get every time I load Excel?
 
What version of Excel and what is the exact message you get when opening Excel?

Sounds like you have an Add-in checked in Tools>Add-ins but the add-in is not
available.

Go into Tools>Add-ins and uncheck it.
