is there any way to show only Distinct values in the
column i.e in the column Dept.
IT
Finance
Accountants
Adminstrations
Finance
IT
THE result shoud be
IT
Finance
Accountants
Adminstrations

I like Ron's suggestion Sheesh, I like Ron. (And no, I don't want him to
have my baby).
I'm wondering, though, if your list is dynamic, or at the very least,
changed fairly often. If so, I would take a different approach than the
very solid one Ron suggests.

ps - your add-in for getting at Google from Excel is mighty nice and,
for me, very useful. You gotta admit, the "Mac" sensibility that John
and others brought to the table really helped in interface/feature
design. Tschuess!

It's great that John, you and others Mac people helped me out to make the changes in version 5.
And that John have made a Mac version.

And I still owe you a version 5 for Mac... It's on my list, but the
list never seems to get any shorter!<sigh>
