Unique problem with the net

Dear all,
I have a unique problem. I am able to connect to the net and also the
page is getting opened(ex msn.com) but when i click on any one of the
link inside (ex City Guides) then only a portion of the page is
opening and that is . It has been happining for the past two days.
Mine is windowsxp stantalone laptop
could some one help?

Does this happen with all web sites, or just some? Does it not load specific
elements on the web page, or is the page just cutting off, in the middle?

I'd start by looking at the MTU setting.
