On several occasions now I have wanted to be able to specify a extensible
drop down box for cell validation.
The functionality I would like to see is that the drop down box contains
unique entries from the column I am entering data into. If I add a new
entry, it gets added to the drop down list for me to use later.
This would help me to enter data quickly without needing to go through the
nause of setting up a separate unique sorted list of the entries in the
column each time I realise I need a new category.
I suppose I could do it with a macro but this wouldn't save me much time as
I would need to re-enter it every time I come across this circumstance.
Does anyone have a better way ?
