I am having problems with a 3rd party driver that installed (bluetooth), and
My system won't let me uninstall it, so I am going to uninstall Windows XP
SP-2, and reinstall it after. Do I need to uninstall all of the Security
Updates and Hotfixes for SP-2 before I uninstall SP-2?

Why uninstall SP2?
Why not get an updated driver from the 3rd party? The driver you have is
probably rubbish, poorly written and in need of updating. Go to the website
and download the latest driver.

Isn't this like using a piledriver to crack a peanut?

Would suggest that you contact the support for the 3rd party driver instead,
and sort out how to remove the offending driver. Removing SP2 isn't likely
to address whatever the problem actually is.

I've gone through getting a new 3rd party driver. Something went wrong
during the initial installation attempt so it won't overwrite the mistakes.
I'm tired of fooling with the 3rd party drivers. I just want to restore
Windows XP SP-2 Bluetooth drivers they seem to work fine on my computer at
work. If you know of an easier way to restore the Win XP SP2 drivers, I'm
all for it. Again I ask, do I have to uninstall the security updates and
hotfixes in order to uninstall SP2? Thanks for the suggestions to all.
