Uninstalling Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell

Can anyone help me uninstall this game from my PC? Everytime I click on
Add/Remove programs in Control Panel I get a long, convoluted message:

After clicking on OK I then get a window stating that Setup has experienced
an error. Error Code -5001.

I've tried uninstalling with the CD Rom in the drive, but this doesn't work
either! Although this game is not causing any problems with my PC function,
it's driving me mad that I can't get rid of it!!

You need to get rid of the starforce protection crap they install on your
system with that game. Go to,

and download and run the StarForce Removal Tool.
 
I've run the StarForce Removal Tool but it just says "No protection drivers
found to remove". Do you have any other suggestions?
