Uninstalling the .net 2 framework

Can any recommend the best way of uninstalling and reinstalling the .net
framework. Is simply doing add/remove programs enough or are there command
line switches involved. I seem to remember a commandline utility but I can't
find it on Google. Regards, Chris.
