uninstalling SP4

I loaded sp4 and went through the rebood two days ago.
Since then I have had to major crashes of my system. How
do I uninstall sp4?
 
Hope you chose the upgrade with ARCHIVE option, if so go
to add/remove and uninstall the SP4, if not F&R :((
