uninstalling software.

I tried to uninstall this program* because I have no more use for it. It
still appears in the add and remove programs in the control panel. THis
morning, it was even in the task bar (but right now it is not). It is not in
the start up menu or in msconfig. WHen try to uninstall from control panel
area, it does all the steps. but it remains there. Did in safe mode and this
is what it said while trying the uninstallation from there:

"error 1719 windows installer server could not be accessed. OCcurs if run
in safe mode or if the windows installer is not correctly installed."

emailed the company and so far, no response. any ideas?? Hope you have some.

works offline only to let u know who is calling.

Have you tried to install the application and uninstall it again

Yes, I tried it after your suggestion to do so. did the uninstall. it goes
through the steps>blinks at the end as all programs do when uninstalled>and
it still is there in the add & remove programs. Does Kelly have a tweak for
this? I just wouldnt know which one to pick from. thanks for your ideas.
