Uninstalling pluggins for IE

Hi,
I was surfing the net and I install some pluggin by
mistake. Now this pluggin is running and does weird
things, like dialing, or going to internet, etc. I want to
disable this plug in or if possible remove it. Also how
can I get a list of all the pluggins installed on my
computer for IE.
Can someone direct me in the right direction, some
tutorial web page or something else will be appreciated.
