Very happy to help Jim - I've gone back and forth from
Outlook to Eudora and vice versa. Take your original
Office 2000 disk 1, and insert - dialogue will read
something like uninstall, or install - click on custom
settings - when Outlook comes up in the file,
click 'unavailable' then continue and install - it will
remove Outlook rather than install - the same vice versa.
I probably didn't explain that exactly right, but it does
work. Same for Office 2002
