|||| Uninstall Hearts in Control Panel, and then afterwards click on Start > Search
|||| - in advanced options, select both hidden and system files
|||| - search for the filename mshearts
|||| - delete all instances found, especially those ending in an underscore.

|||| To uninstall Hearts in Control Panel:

|||| Click START > Control Panel
|||| > Add or Remove Programs
|||| > Add Remove Windows Components
|||| > Accessories and Utilities
|||| > [Details...]
|||| > Games
|||| > [Details...]
|||| > Uncheck Hearts
|||| > Click [OK] 3 times.
