Uninstalling a .Net based software

I installed Cdsurf.net.2006. It scans cd/dvd and produces thumbnails of
image content. Sort of a cataloquing, search utility. The thumbnails are not
sized very well.
Decided to uninstall. No entry in the Add/Remove. Used the uninstall.exe for
the software.
The software uninstall.exe only removes a subfolder containing small images
used by the software.
Using regseeker.exe to list installed software this Cdsurf.net.2006 does not
appear on the list but there are registry entries that are paths
(HKLM\MS\software\ESENT\process\Cdsurf and in HKCU\software\VB and VBA
program settings\Cdsurf)

If I remove all references to this sofware in the registery is it possible
to delete the folder since it doesn't uninstall?

Yes, I wrote to the author and visited around in the forums. I'm not
expecting an answer since the author appears to be active and then a dormant
period. If I could figure out how to make the thumbnails be more distinct
I'd keep the software. Didn't find any references to anyone uninstalling.
Actually, I'll make use of this address you have donated since I see I wrote
to his website support e-mail address . This one might be viewed more often.
Thanks.

Lo and behold, the author replied and it was a simple solution- delete the
folder. I did clean out any references in the registry all the same.
