I had a program called Pop-up-stopper which I tried to
remove. It did not all install. It says that PSWMSG.DLL
cannot be removed therefore I still have some of the
program. I have to hit ctrl to be able to open a new
window at certain times. I would like to know how to get
rid of this program.

If this was a recent installation, try using System Restore to take you back
to a time prior to when you installed the application, Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.

No it is not recent, I already looked at that and I can't
go back that far.

Have you tried manually deleting the file? If you do delete it manually,
save it for a week or so in case the problem of removing it was that it was
being used by more than one application, hence the uninstall was unable to
remove this file.
