One thing to do is to check the website of the application as they may have
uninstall information there.
If the application doesn't have an uninstall shortcut on the start menu with
the rest of the application shortcuts, try placing the applications CD in
the drive, sometimes the setup routine includes an option to uninstall.
Failing that, go to
www.google.com and type Uninstaller in the search box
and press enter. There are several such applications out there, many with
free trial versions, find one and use that to remove the application.
Usually, it's nothing more than navigating to the application's exe file and
the uninstaller does the rest. NOTE: you should be well backed up and you
might want to manually create a restore point, many of these applications
are quite aggressive. Also, if it has an undo feature, select that as well
but don't rely on that alone.
