Hi,
what is the solution to uninstall something which doesnot work anymore?
I install a game ("ballance") which doesnot work now.
So I tried to remove it:
- thru the application itself
- thru the add/remove prog
-thru "your uninstaller"
result is always the same! nothing is removed and of course if I try to
install it again
it doesnot work! "please mount the CD"!
There is within the application itself three possibilities to
ADD/REPAIR/REMOVE
but none is working.
What can I do ?
Thanks for any help

You may need to get in touch with the application developer.

You could try deleting the folder that holds the program, then
re-installing. If you want it gone, then uninstall after you have a
successful installation.

Since it is possible that many registry entries exist for that program, this
method may not work. In that case, you could try a program like Registry
Mechanic to clean up the registry, or contact the vendor for a solution.
