Not sure if it's a spyware program or not but somes like
one so I would recommend checking out Ad-Aware by LavaSoft
and Spybot - Search & Destroy (not sure who makes it). I
can't remember the links for the sites off hand but do a
search on Google and you should find it first thing. I use
both on my PC and they work great together. They act
similar to an anti-virus program in that they'll scan your
PC for any known spyware applications and allow you to
delete / remove them.
