After start up the unintall program came up and it wanted
me to do an automatic ininstall or custom uninstall or
repair to yahoo pager. I did an uninstall. I then
downloaded yahoo pager and thought that was that.
But I restarted the system and it now asks me to
uninstall yahoo essentials. I picked the option of repair
but on reboot it still comes up with the same uninstall
screen. I ran internet security virus scan and have no
infected files.

WHat should I do?

Yahoo stuff does that a lot. I don't know if it's
corruption in their download or what, but what I do, (and
it seems to work) is completely remove it from my
computer: first in Add/Remove programs, then go into the
Hard Drive where the folder is located and shift delete
it. Then go to the Yahoo site and redownload it. Also,
when downloading, do NOT choose Save to Disk; Choose OPEN
it and let the installation proceed from the server.
Hope that helps!
