i want to upgrade to windows xp from 2000 professionalxp
will not overwrite 2000 how do i do this

Insert either a WinXP Pro Upgrade CD, or a WinXP Pro full retaill
CD (as always, upgrades cannot be performed using an OEM CD), and
follow the on screen prompts and instructions.
