I have 3 users on one machine, no one needs a password and I am not aware
that one is an administrator.
What is the best way to uninstall a program from the pc. (the prog itself
does not have a uninstall icon)

with thanks

Bob

Open the control panel, select add/remove software and the
program should be listed, unless it is some type of evil
spyware or Trojan. If it is not listed, first look in the
program folder to see if there is an uninstaller program.
If not download SpyBot Search and Destroy from
www.security.kolla.de and it may find and remove the
program.

If this doesn't work, tell us what program by name and
somebody will likely help.

Hi Bob,
try this, right click on start then left click on explore
this will give you access to every file on your system.
Look for the program in ? most likely it will be in
program files but not always.Once you find it open it up
including all sub folders and look for something called
unwise.exe or uninstall.exe, if found that will be the
uninstall for that program double click on it to start
the uninstall.Sometimes this works.
