I am running Windows 2000. Just bought a Kodak digital
camera. It required I download and install Service Pack 4
which I did. Kodak program would not load. After
contacting Kodak I found my camer program actually would
not work with SP4 as they said. I need SP3. How do I
unload SP4? I cannot find it anywhere in my program
listings. I need to do that before I download SP3. Then I
can load the Kodak program. HELP!
Thanks
Ken

Ken - when you installed SP4 you were asked if you wanted to save the
replaced files for a later uninstall. If you did so, then "add/remove
programs" will allow the SP4 uninstall. If you did not, there's no way
to back away from SP4, the replaced files are gone, and you're looking
at a reinstall, I believe, as your only recourse. Bad news, I know...
