RRAS is part of the Server -- you don't uninstall it, just disable
it which is effectively the same thing and will discard all of your
settings.
In fact the RRAS MMC is misdesigned in Win2000 and
continues in Win2003 Server:
On the primary context menu is somewhat dangerous "Disable
Routing and Remote Access" while hidden on the All Tasks submenu
are the usually employed "Stop, Restart, etc."
These should be reversed so that one has to work a bit more to discard
all configuration AND probably an "Are you sure?" confirmation should
be added to "Disable."
In case a Microsoft RRAS developer or product manager reads this,
another trivial design error exists in the RRAS MMC:
When adding IP Routing interfaces, they appear hierarchically under
"IP Routing" but must be ADDED on level down under "General".
That is, they must be added "under" a level that is really a peer to where
they will be displayed.
