Uninstall or Delete Folder/Program

Trying to uninstall a Xerox WorkCentre 450cp. Uninstall
won't work. Tried to delete and it started then stalled
out due to a NWWIA folder being used somewhere? Any
ideas on how to find out where? And or how to override
and get it deleted and uninstalled.
