How do I create an Uninstall shortcut of my application on the user's Desktop during the Setup process

/Why?/ There is one central place for installing/uninstalling software.
 
Why not
Many users are not familiar with the Add/Remove Programs under Control Panel. It will be much easier for them to click on shortcut to uninstall the program instead

Is it possible in .NET?
