Uninstall IE 6

Help.

I have been advised to remove IE6 before trying to
reinstall Win ME, I can only boot in Safe mode and I don't
know how to remove IE. I tried IE eradicator but id does
not seem to have done the business.

Can you advise?

Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs.
Select Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.
Click Add/Remove.
Select "Restore previous Windows configuration".
