Uninstall/Deleting XP

How can I uninstall XP. When it installed it went to the D drive which does not have enough memory. XP has really fouled up my computer. Nothing works right and it is constantly shutting down. I want to get rid of it. Help!!!
 
Hi Lisa,

How you remove it depends on how you installed it. Was this an upgrade to an
existing system? Was it a clean install to a formatted drive? Is it a dual
boot with another system?
