Have you tried posting your problems
not related to MS AntiSpyware to
news://msnews.microsoft.com

and please don't bother to send me private mail
because I don't check my mailbox regularly

Can you uninstall it manually? We use a set of objective criteria to
determine if we can remove a piece of software. Information on this criteria
can be found here:

Along the lines of Steve Dodson's question:

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.begin2search.html

has manual removal instructions.

Frankly, I'd advise against trying them--too much stuff to possibly get
wrong.

Instead, I'd try Trend Micro's online scanner:

http://housecall.trendmicro.com

It both detects and cleans some spyware, and I suspect they'll know about
this one. I recommend trying this before trying manual cleaning.

And oh yeah! Before you clean it please submit a Tools, Suspected Spyware
Report from Microsoft Antispyware.
