uninstall and reinstall internet explorer

whenever i open intenet explorer i get this module was
compiled with a trial version of delphi the trial period
has expired. ok the instruction at ox03774258 feferenced
memory at 0x04cc0890 this memory could not be readok to
terminate cancle to debugg i click ok runtime error 216 at
03774258 iclic ok and the explorer or my computer opens
however if i click on file it freezes up. is there a way i
can restore internet explorer i have tried ti delete in
addor remove orograms and i get there was an error trying
to uninstall this patch i am running windows xp
professional contact me at (e-mail address removed)
